By placing an order, submitting a request, or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

- Design services (graphics, branding, product mockups)
- Delivery of finished products
- Skills development programs and community initiatives
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove services at any time without prior notice.
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information during order placement
- Confirm that any design files submitted are your own or that you have the legal right to use them
- Comply with all applicable laws, including copyright and trademark regulations
- Respect our policies, including no illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
4. Order Process
- Submit an order request via our website form.
- We will provide a detailed quotation within 24 hours.
- You must approve the quote before production begins.
- Any revisions or changes must be communicated clearly before approval.
Important: Orders will not proceed until quotation is approved and payment deposit is received.
5. Pricing and Payments
- All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).
- A 50% deposit is required to commence production; the remaining balance is payable before delivery.
- Payment can be made via the payment options provided on the invoice (e.g., PayFast, EFT).
- Prices may change without prior notice; confirmed quotes are valid for 7 days only.
6. Delivery and Shipping
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, inclement weather, or customs processes.
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
- Customers must inspect products upon receipt and notify us immediately of visible defects.
7. Intellectual Property
- All design files, logos, and artwork created by SC Manufacturing & Signages remain the property of the Company until full payment is received.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our designs without explicit permission.
- You retain ownership of any files submitted, but grant us the right to use them solely for fulfilling your order.
8. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
- Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once production begins.
- Orders may be canceled before production with a full refund of any deposits paid.
- If you cancel after production starts, refunds will be partial or at our discretion.
- Defective products or errors caused by the Company will be replaced or corrected at no extra cost.
9. File Uploads
- Customers may upload design files up to 25MB in size.
- Acceptable file types: PNG, JPEG, PSD, AI.
- The Company is not responsible for corrupted, incomplete, or incompatible files.
- Customers must ensure that uploaded files do not infringe on third-party rights.
10. Limitation of Liability
SC Manufacturing & Signages is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or errors caused by third-party service providers, including couriers and payment processors. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect personal information (name, email, phone, delivery address) to process orders and provide services. Your information will never be shared with unauthorized third parties. By submitting your data, you consent to its use in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to resolve amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of South Africa and subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
13. Modifications
SC Manufacturing & Signages may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
