Custom orders cannot be returned unless there is a production defect. Return Policy does not apply for miscommunicated designs or prints directed by the client. Standard items can be returned within 7 days for a full refund.

Clients own their own original designs. Cine Branding retains rights to production techniques and proprietary templates. This is therefore contrary for designs created inhouse, the client can buy the rights of ownership for the design by paying the designer the full amount charged for creating the artwork.

Mockups are sent digitally for approval via email or WhatsApp, whichever form of contact the client prefers. We require client's confirmation before production begins.

We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, PSD, SVG, GSD, WPC and EPS formats. Vector files are preferred for printing clarity.
